  1. That all the items at the time of purchase (or in your cart) have been
    reviewed by buyer.
  2. All items are subject to shipment by the manufacturer & Hi Desert
    Furniture is NOT responsible for any specific date and time for delivery.
  3. Shipping is a curbside drop-off and is NOT assembled.
  4. All damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving
    merchandise.
  5. All items are special ordered by you and CANNOT be returned or
    canceled because your order is placed electronically. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  6. Fabric dye lots and wood finishes may vary.
  7. Hi Desert Furniture is NOT responsible for any furniture that does not fit.
  8. Hi Desert Furniture has NO comfort guarantees and NO BUYER'S
    REMORSE allowances!
  9. Hi Desert Furniture makes NO warranty beyond the manufacturer's
    warranty.
  10. All sales final.
